I would like to formally invite everyone in the MOCCC family to the first T20 night of the season at Marcellin College.
This year we have English one day and T20 international Danny Briggs representing the club and it is sure to be an exciting night versus our local rival.
The long Melbourne winter continues however MOCCC has started its preparations for the upcoming cricket season.
After last year’s dramatic finals run for the 1st XI, culminating in an epic semi-final draw and GF win v Glen Iris we look to continue to develop and expand the club. Since 2008/09 the club has claimed 12 premierships in various grades and this success will provide the foundation for further achievements.
We recently held the AGM. From that meeting I can report that club is in good health with strong playing numbers, good financial strength and outstanding commitment from our committee and sponsors.
Due to the inclement weather, tonight's (Nov-22) T20 game at Marcellin has been cancelled. The match has been rescheduled to be played at Marcellin College on the 6th December. All other details will remain the same and we look forward to seeing you at the game - hopefully under a sunny sky!
